By accessing advosyconstruction.com or engaging Advosy Construction for roofing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Roofing services performed by Advosy Construction are governed by an individual service agreement signed at the start of each project. The service agreement defines scope, timeline, pricing, warranty terms, and any insurance coordination terms.
On-site roof inspections are free. Pricing for roofing work is established in the project plan reviewed and approved before work begins. If scope changes during the project, Advosy Construction communicates the change and obtains approval before proceeding.
Every project completed by Advosy Construction is backed by our workmanship warranty. If something we installed or repaired fails because of our workmanship, we come back and fix it. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and vary by product.
The Advosy Construction name, logo, trademarks, website content, and brand materials are the property of Advosy Construction. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Advosy Construction materials without written permission.
Advosy Construction provides advosyconstruction.com on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability for roofing work is governed by the signed service agreement for the project.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
